Advanced Mat Pilates Fusion Flow with Emilie
Tuesdays 6-7PM PST via Zoom
This class is designed for experienced Pilates practitioners.  We’ll get a well-rounded workout, while exploring some of the more advanced exercises in the classic mat repertoire.  We’ll explore strengthening and deep stretching exercises from Yoga, dance, and other movement modalities, to open hearts, hips, hamstrings, and shoulders.  Depending on availability, we may add in props such as hand weights, therabands, and foam rollers to the class.


Intermediate & Advanced Bellydance with Emilie
Wednesdays 7:15-8:15PM PST via Zoom. 
This class is designed for students looking to take their dance to the next level.  Students will learn layers, intricate arm patterns, floorwork, and how to work with props, including zills, veil and sword.  Students will also have the opportunity to learn and perform group choreographies in this class.


Fit Ball Fridays with Emilie
Fridays 4-5PM PST via Zoom
Have a big fit ball at home?  Join us to workout and stretch away the week’s cares.  Some Pilates experience recommended, but not required.


Essential Barre with Emilie
Saturdays 10:45-12PM PST via Zoom.
Essential Barre: The essence of ballet and Pilates distilled into a graceful and challenging workout. This class combines standing strengthening, stretching, and cardio exercises at the barre and center floor, with Pilates matwork based on the six classic principles of Pilates: control, breath, concentration, flow, centering and precision. All levels welcome.

$15 for drop-ins.
$40 per month for one class
$70 per month for two classes
